Accidental Damage

If your Beaded Jewelry should happen to break from dropping on a hard floor or any other abnormal situation, please contact me with the details and I will give you a quote for repairing the damage.  Always try to recover any beads or other parts of your necklace if it breaks apart.  I will do my best to replace any lost components with exact replacements, or if unavailable, replacements that are very similar.

Returns and Repairs

Contact me for a return shipping address. You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs except for warranty items, which I will pay the shipping cost to send the item back to you.
